Italie - Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea, Amalfi
A view of the Cathedral of Amalfi.
Amalfi is now a small touristic town on the Amalfitan coast but it used to be one of the main ports on the Mediterranean sea in the IX-XIIth century. This impressive cathedral whose style is influenced by arabic architecture is a fine example of the magnifiscence of those times.
